We are looking for a Live in Duty Manager to join our team; this role is integral to upholding our high standards, excellent customer service and delivering a fantastic guest experience in all we do.

Independent 12 bedroom country house hotel venue located near Tarporley. An array of event spaces, capable of accommodating 20 to 180 guests, for weddings, celebrations and events. The hotel boasts a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for restaurant, private dining, weddings and events.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the Hospitality industry and be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible with shifts on rota and able to assist with other hotel duties as required.

The ability to provide excellent customer service in a busy environment, make quick decisions under pressure and be versatile while delivering a high level of customer service alongside good interpersonal and communication skills; a warm enthusiastic personality is essential.

Your role will be hands-on as part of the team so you must be passionate about amazing customer service, operationally working with your colleagues to ensure that our customers' needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Our live in accommodation is in a separate area within the building.

Alongside our Management team you will be responsible for:

Delivering hands on, customer service and maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction at all times Working with the team, communicating effectively, ensuring that all sections are covered and table plans are managed at all times. Being aware of and ensuring security, compliance with licensing, GDPR, Health & Safety at Work and COSHH legislation, at all times

Pay: 22,923.36-26,536.00 per year
