We are looking for a dedicated

live in joint people

to join our heritage hospitality team, working across two stunning properties. This is an exciting, varied role for two people who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in great service, and love the idea of living on-site at a beautiful country estate.

As key members of our operations team, you'll support several departments and help ensure the estate runs smoothly day and night.

Your Joint Responsibilities

Between you, the role will cover a mix of:

Maintenance & Estates Support

General repairs, painting, DIY and upkeep of the heritage buildings Basic plumbing, electrics and troubleshooting Groundskeeping, gardening, drive/terrace upkeep and outdoor care

Housekeeping & Cleaning

Assisting the housekeeping team with bedrooms, public areas and function spaces Laundry support and linen handling

Food, Beverage & Guest Service

Bar support, food service and hosting during busy periods Assisting with weddings, events and seasonal activities Providing warm, professional guest service across the property

Night Security & Site Safety

Overnight on-call presence Regular property walkarounds and checks Responding to any issues, alarms or guests requiring assistance Ensuring the safety and security of our historic estate

Accommodation Included

Live in accommodation on our beautiful estate with

private on-site accommodation for two.

We're Looking For:

A reliable couple who enjoy working together Strong work ethic and willingness to "muck in" across departments Practical skills, gardening, DIY, grounds or maintenance experience Hospitality or housekeeping experience is an advantage Friendly, positive attitude and pride in keeping the estate immaculate Ability to take responsibility during night security duties Full UK right to work
