Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
Loading Shovel Operator
to join our busy waste and recycling yard. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation, ensuring materials are moved efficiently and safely to keep the site running smoothly.Key Responsibilities
Operating a loading shovel to move, load, and stockpile waste materials Feeding shredders, screens, and other plant equipment as required Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with site procedures Carrying out basic daily checks and maintenance on the machine Supporting general yard duties when needed
Requirements
Previous experience operating a loading shovel in a waste, quarry, or construction environment Valid loading shovel operator ticket (e.g. CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent) Good understanding of health & safety on site Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Competitive hourly rate + overtime

Pay: 12.21-21.44 per hour
