The role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for A Logistics Administrator to join the team, to enable Hovis to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery. To provide the Supply Chain and Logistics teams with administrative support, enabling the functions to provide an effective service to the wider Dagenham team through the timely and accurate provision of data.

Working hours are 20 hours a week over 4 days Monday to Friday including bank holidays.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and timely completion of spreadsheets and data
  • Process all invoices and credit notes
  • Ensure customer billing is up to date
  • Ensure all filing and scanning is up to date
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:

Essential:
  • Excellent knowledge of word & excel
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong communicator (written & verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organising and planning skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and time pressures
Desirable:
  • Previous administration/data entry experience
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehousing environment
