Role Overview

Corelain is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Logistics Analyst

to join our logistics team. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling, route planning, and operational coordination across the business. This role involves both day-to-day logistical support and data-driven analysis to improve efficiency and service delivery.

You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values organisation, problem-solving, and clear communication, working closely with Surveyors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Log and track incoming client instructions

to ensure all jobs are accurately recorded and updated in our internal systems.

Analyse and plan Surveyor routes and work schedules

, using data to support efficient geographic planning and appointment grouping.

Liaise with clients

by phone, email, and text to arrange access for scheduled survey appointments.

Respond to requests for information

from instructing solicitors and ensure timely, professional communication. Support wider logistics and operations through: Assisting in the

training and onboarding

of new staff

Booking travel and accommodation

for Surveyors Identifying trends or inefficiencies in scheduling and suggesting improvements

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working

: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interpret data and make operational decisions based on insight High attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving Collaborative team player who can also manage responsibilities independently

IT Proficiency

Daily use of

Microsoft Excel

, and internal systems is essential Comfortable working with trackers, digital forms, and data analysis tools to improve logistical performance
