Step into a high-profile role with Holcim UK as a

Logistics Compliance Manager

, covering the East Midlands from our Bardon Hill Super Quarry across to Peterborough. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of logistics excellence in one of the most dynamic regions of our business, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across large volumes of material movement every day.


As part of a global leader in sustainable building solutions, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations safe, compliant, and future-focused. From road logistics compliance to supporting drivers and hauliers, your expertise will directly shape how we deliver materials that build the UK's infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing



Acting as the go-to lead for logistics compliance across the East Midlands, ensuring alignment with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards. Managing compliance with key legislation and standards, including Drivers' Hours, Tachograph Regulations, and the Holcim Road Safety Standard. Delivering haulier and driver engagement through face-to-face communications, toolbox talks, education, and training. Leading investigations into incidents, driving improvements, and embedding a strong safety-first culture. Monitoring weighbridge compliance and supporting the rollout of systems such as MP Connect and MyTruckGo. Playing a visible role across multiple sites, working closely with managers, drivers, and customers. Supporting performance management of hauliers, applying consequence models fairly and consistently. Building strong cross-functional links with site managers, customer service, logistics planning, and health & safety teams.

Who You Are



A confident leader with strong logistics expertise and excellent people skills. Experienced in fleet management, driver compliance, and health & safety in a logistics or quarrying environment. IT literate with analytical skills, comfortable using Microsoft/Google suites and logistics systems. Pragmatic, proactive, and ambitious, with the drive to make a real impact. Ideally, you'll hold (or be working towards) a CPC in National Road Haulage Operations, and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications would be an advantage.
