Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Production Manager within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing related activities, staff supervision, managing resources, enforcing safety standards and collaborating with other departments such as Engineering, Scheduling, procurement and Logistics. As a key team player your responsibilities to include:
Helping in the planning and control of the production schedule, to meet output targets.
Supervising production staff, assigning roles and monitoring staff performance.
Support recruitment teams on staffing needs, oversee ongoing production training and talent development.
Overseeing manufacturing and production processes, while striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
KPI Monitoring and reporting, to assist meeting company targets and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in production/operations management for minimum 5 years, preferably in a similar industry .
Strong Leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Work to exceptionally high standards.
Have a recognised mechanical or electrical qualification.
