MACHINE OPERATOR

As a company that create and develop sensational RTD Cocktails for high end clients and retailers, we are looking for a dedicated

Machine Operator

to join our team!

In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate our canning line machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Experience in FOOD or BEVERAGE manufacturing would be highly desirable.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to adhering to safety standards.

A proactive attitude toward learning and improving your skill set is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with your teammates.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills will be valued.

Physical Stamina & Strength is required for this role as it involves standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the canning line operates on schedule.

- Meet production requirements and workload demands.

- Strictly follow health and safety regulations.

- Always maintain a high level of attention to detail.

- Communicate clearly and work cohesively as part of a team.

- Demonstrate physical stamina and strength.

- Manage overall machinery operations.

- Knowledge of carbonation, beverage canning processes, and nitrogen/CO2 systems is a plus.

- Receive training on cleaning processes (CIP).

- Follow company protocols precisely.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Show initiative and the capability to troubleshoot effectively.

- Ensure product quality from tank to final packaging.

- A passion for cocktails is a delightful bonus!

As a Machine Operator, you will handle all machine-specific responsibilities, including configuring equipment, loading materials, operating machinery, and optimizing performance. You will also be responsible for maintenance and conducting regular checks.
