Job Summary
Our client, a respected Housing Association, is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join their team in South London. As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. You'll cover either the Southwest or Southeast London area, depending on your location.
Responsibilities
Attend reactive maintenance and repair jobs across a designated patch. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults effectively and safely. Carry out planned maintenance work as required. Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards. Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Previous experience in a social housing or domestic maintenance environment is preferred. Full UK driving licence (essential).
