The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping The Wave running safely and smoothly. You'll help maintain and optimise our world-class Wavegarden technology, as well as the wider facilities - ensuring everything on site operates efficiently and safely for our guests and team.

Maintain and operate the water treatment facility, ensuring water quality and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) across the site to identify and prioritise maintenance tasks. Perform proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs across the site, including the clubhouse, utilities, and grounds. Support upkeep of The Wave's natural spaces - including grass cutting, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance - to keep our environment welcoming and safe.
Safety, Systems & Continuous Improvement

Carry out risk assessments and take prompt action to manage potential hazards safely and effectively. Record and track maintenance operations through our computer maintenance management system (Emaint). Help maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the team. Ensure stock levels and critical spares lists are accurate and up to date. Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and wider team to resolve issues efficiently and share knowledge.
