Maintenance Engineer

About you




You'll thrive in a technical or facilities support role. With experience working with equipment, infrastructure, and safety procedures, you're confident working independently and collaboratively. You take pride in maintaining high standards and are always keen to learn and improve.

Key responsibilities:



Provide a high level of equipment availability to internal customers Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to keep logistics equipment in the best operating condition React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work efficiently to minimise downtime Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions Propose actions to improve logistics equipment in terms of productivity, security, and organisation Physically inspect newly installed logistics equipment to prevent maintainability or operational issues Read, understand, and train according to technical documentation Complete work orders with proper documentation Maintain inventory records for spare parts and suppliers Keep the work area clean and organised Comply with regulations for occupational risk prevention, environmental standards, and site-specific norms

Your skills & experience




Degree from a vocational school with a focus in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical field


Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, with automation experience


Experience interpreting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings


Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


Strong computer skills


Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)


Experience with bagging machines (desired)


Experience with robotic operation and maintenance (desired)


Basic ability to read and understand English


Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
