Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:10pm (30-minute paid dinner break) Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm (20-minute paid dinner break)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring all equipment operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and basic machine setting Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness, safety, and equipment organisation Operate cost-effectively while maintaining equipment performance and reliability Work collaboratively with the existing team to maintain a positive and productive environment Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Technical Skills & Experience

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in mechanical fitting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and drive systems Strong understanding of compliance and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Practical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
