Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our team based at multiple sites in South London, or Central and North West London, plus the surrounding areas. Typical works are based at NHS sites covering general maintenance such as window repairs, door repairs and installations, fire door remedial work, painting and decorating, plumbing and miscellaneous repair work as required by our client.

Responsibilities:

Working on planned and emergency maintenance works on site

Monitor and ensure Health and Safety compliance on site to ensure safety first

Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and contributing to a positive working environment

Maintain a clean, safe area of works by properly storing materials and securing tools/equipment, ensuring compliance with housekeeping policies

Report incidents and assist with site safety in line with group standards

Erect and maintain safety signage and secure hazards at the end of the day

Assist with loading/unloading and storing materials safely, minimizing loss or damage

Check and receive material deliveries according to site requirements

Assist with snagging and cleaning job areas

Secure building areas and report any security concerns to supervisor

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently, displaying self-motivation and a strong work ethic

In return, what we require from you:

Proven experience in a Maintenance environment

Relevant Qualifications in one of the following trades:

- Plumbing and Heating

- Plastering

- Painting and Decorating

- Carpentry

- Dry Lining

- Multi Trade NVQ

Full UK Driving License

High standard of personal presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
