Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the ongoing efficiency and reliability of our facilities and equipment, enabling us to continue meeting the high standards we set for ourselves and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on our machinery.

Operate machinery efficiently while developing a deep understanding of their functionality and performance to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, cleaning and parts replacement.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Lead and manage a team of machine operators, ensuring efficient operation, adherence to safety protocols, and achievement of production targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to optimise team performance and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a similar industry, demonstrating strong technical skills and a solid understanding of equipment and maintenance practices

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Health & Safety knowledge and a commitment to a safe working environment.
