You'll be joining 100 directly employed staff trained and qualified in the widest range of trades and services. We have secure, long-term work in the public sector in Northern Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Joiner (42.5 hours per week) to provide a high quality and effective maintenance repair service to a range of properties in Northern Ireland.
The role will involve general maintenance duties such as carpentry, door hanging, changing locks, redecoration and multi-skilled small repair tasks.
Due to the nature of the role a driving licence and use of a vehicle to undertake site visits and have the ability to transport the necessary tools is essential.
You will also need be flexible with your working hours to effectively deal with emergencies where required.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in maintenance/ similar role
Quality workmanship and to take pride in your daily work
A range of skills to adequately and robustly resolve maintenance tasks
Good time management and effectively planning your day
A basic understanding of IT, using emails and CRM systems
Good communication skills, understanding and patience
Ability to be flexible with your working hours to deal with any emergencies that may occur
To be able to work autonomously
Valid CSR card
Basic AccessNI check required
