Job Description

This is a full-time Maintenance Lead role, located on-site in Glasgow. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations and repair tasks at four locations; including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The Maintenance Lead will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related inquiries, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance personnel.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical and repairs.

Handle general carpentry work, including minor repairs and installations.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from the operations team.

Coordinate with contractors for specialised repairs and services.

Ensure a safe and secure environment for members.

Conduct prevention maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.

Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance where required.

Qualifications:

Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills

Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills

Experience in leading a maintenance team

Strong problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and time management skills

Experience in a facilities/property management setting is preferred

Valid drivers license is essential and the ability to travel between multiple locations within Glasgow City & surrounding areas.
