Whether you're a maintenance supervisor looking to take a step into management, or a hands-on manager looking for a new project, this is an amazing chance to join a dynamic Maintenance team in a thriving College.
Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 3 November, 2025.
Your duties
You will:

• Manage and develop the provision of the Maintenance, and related services, to meet the operational requirements of the College. This includes PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Liaise with all College departments and stakeholders as necessary to facilities their operational requirements and to ensure that the College assets are maintained to the agreed standards, including residential properties.
• Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Person specification
The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

• Knowledge of hard services and building construction, preferably within an educational environment.
• Experience of using facilities management software to report on KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience managing or supervising services across multi-sites.
• Good communication skills.
• Budget management experience.
