Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, practical individual to join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Support. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, learning on the job, and being part of a busy, fast-paced production environment.

This role is designed to grow with the right person. Whether you want to develop into a technician, engineer, or supervisor in the future, we will support you with the tools and training to get ther,e where possible.

The Role

Supporting the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks. Helping to inspect, clean, and maintain machinery and equipment. Carrying out basic repairs and troubleshooting. Keeping maintenance tools, materials, and workspaces organised. Responding quickly to support breakdowns or production stoppages. Learning new skills on the job and taking part in relevant training.

Skills & Experience

Someone practical, reliable, and hands-on. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a factory or industrial environment.

Experience that may be beneficial:

Welding and experience with power tools Previous mechanical experience Construction background Electrician knowledge Multi-functional labourer
