Male Support Worker (Mental Health & Community Support)

Hastings and surrounding areas
We are looking for two male support workers to support several male clients with mental health needs in the Hastings and Rother area. This is a rewarding role focused on promoting independence, building confidence, and providing both emotional and practical support at home and in the community.

About the Role:
Supporting clients to access the community (e.g. shops, activities, appointments)
Encouraging daily routines and structure to support mental wellbeing
Providing companionship and helping build life skills
Assisting with light domestic tasks where needed
Working alongside families and professionals to support recovery-focused goals
About You:
Calm, patient, and reliable
Understanding of mental health needs and challenges
Able to work independently and build trusting relationships
Previous experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

Pay: 12.40-15.00 per hour
