Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organisations to identify areas for improvement. Develop tailored strategies and actionable plans to address client needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration. Provide expert guidance on B2B sales processes and telemarketing strategies. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track project progress and client interactions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing, demonstrating a successful track record. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective client management. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively. A proactive approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery of results.
