Manager - Business Operations and Marketing

to oversee daily business functions, strengthen brand presence, and drive growth through innovative marketing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the tea house to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Manage budgets, stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with brand values. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Marketing and Business Development:

Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and footfall. Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional activities. Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and event organisers to attract new audiences. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences. Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to boost retention. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
