Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

- Develop and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.

- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Manage carers to ensure proper medication administration and management.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff training, and facility operations.

- Monitor the overall well-being of clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Collaborate with families and clients to create a supportive and nurturing environment.

- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure living environment.

Skills:

- Experience in Domiciliary care management.

- Previous experience as a registered manager with the CQC is preferred.

- Expert knowledge of medication administration protocols and practices.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.

- Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

- Familiarity with dementia care strategies and techniques.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
