As the Manager for our thriving coffee shops, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, and optimizing processes to uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
Exceed daily targets through staff training, customer focus and product development.
Maximise footfall and ensure repeat custom. Mystery shop results to 90%
Rotas for staff for both shops to ensure your site runs smoothly - ensuring maximum coverage at minimal cost to the business. Working with other site managers and assistant managers.
Stock takes weekly. - ensuring stock is only ordered when needed and a tight control of all dates to ensure minimal wastage
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for recruit, train and supervise staff members ensuring a high level of competence and customer service You will develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Stock management for the shop, and supporting the other shops if their manager is on holiday. Keeping wastage to a minimum rotating stock and ensuring any found slow sellers are promoted. Plus, development of stock offering and any missed opportunities.
Customer service - focus the team to develop the community feel, fun environment that is focused on the customers NOT the team.
High Cleaning standards. - Ensure all Dash standards are followed to continue to hold a 5hygiene rating. Implement and monitor quality control measures and regular inspections.
Provide innovative social media content.

Coffee barista trained preferred, but not essential. This role is open to managers from outside hospitality.

Competitive hourly rate 13.50 ph plus performance related monthly bonus .
