What you will deliver



Optimise recently launched retailer early month on book journey, making customers feel excited to use their credit card responsibly. This includes educating customers on how to build their credit and creating educational credit comms Act as the key partner point of contact from a marketing perspective to support all retailer partner-driven activities Lead lifecycle enhancements across our early month on book journeys for all carded products to drive responsible card usage and feature adoption and, where applicable, weave in new product features, elevate our creatives to create cut through and identify new channel opportunities Develop and execute an engaging upgrade comms plan to reward good credit behaviour, driving ongoing customer engagement and loyalty Push forward with rolling out and optimising the Information Hub across key carded products. Expand usage of the Hub across the customer lifecycle and leverage content across comms for self serve Enhance digital wallet provisioning and in life comms strategy to drive top of wallet adoption with tailored messaging that effectively engages the different customer demographics DotApprove management: point of contact for any queries, setting up new users, support training, conducting monthly user reviews, and identifying any process optimisations Effectively manage the budget for your campaigns and support yearly budget forecasts Champion a collaborative and innovative culture within the Product & Marketing team and across the organisation

Skills and Experience



Essential



Proven experience in multi-channel marketing campaign planning and execution, as well as developing customer journeys and automated marketing programmes Strong creative marketing skills, and experience in the creative development process, from brief through to asset delivery Ability to demonstrate and report on key metrics and impact from marketing activities Experience of collaborating closely with different teams internally, such as Commercial, Data Analytics, Brand and Legal teams Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable



Industry trends, including following challenger brands within credit, banking and other financial services Copywriting skills, with an individual point of view and perspective on design Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and/or regulated industry Technical knowledge of HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud How to deliver a test & learn roadmap effectively, including through user testing tools such as UserZoom
