Key Responsibilities:
Marketing duities:
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication via calls, emails, and meetings.
Client Meetings: Schedule, attend, and lead meetings with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and present marketing strategies.
Client Handling: Build strong relationships with clients, address concerns, provide solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Follow-Ups: Maintain timely follow-ups for feedback, approvals, renewals, and upselling of services.
Administrative Support:
Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in drafting reports, letters, and official communications.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Client visit and Client handling
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
experience and freshers can apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
