We're a group of ambitious, fast-growing businesses looking for a dynamic, creative and energetic marketing professional to help us stand out and grow. If you're bursting with ideas, love making content, and want to be part of something exciting - we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be the go-to person for marketing across three unique businesses, managing everything from social media and paid ads to recruitment campaigns and our Google presence. Plus, for two days a week, you'll work closely with our Head of Sales at Graylaw International to support lead generation activity.
This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Marketing, Content & Brand
Own and grow the social media presence for three businesses (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Plan, create and schedule engaging content to build awareness and community
Write and design recruitment adverts for social and job platforms
Create and maintain consistent branding across internal documents, templates, and company materials
Support the design and production of promotional gifts and branded merchandise
Maintain and optimise our Google Business presence across locations
Manage basic website updates and coordinate with external partners
Track what's working and use insights to guide content and campaign strategies
Paid Advertising
Set up and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and job boards
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for maximum impact
Lead Generation (2 days/week)
Support our Head of Sales at Graylaw International
Research prospects, build contact lists, and assist with outreach
Create simple lead nurturing content and follow-up campaigns
Who You Are
A creative thinker who loves bringing ideas to life
Confident with writing, Canva/design tools, and social media
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
Looking for a role you can make your own and grow into something bigger
Bonus If You Have:
Previous marketing experience (internship, freelance, or agency)
An interest in B2B marketing or logistics/transport sectors
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn lead gen
