The Role
Are you a strategic and creative marketer with a hands-on approach? Rugby School is looking for a talented Brand and Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Admissions team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day marketing activity that supports student recruitment, enhances brand awareness and strengthens stakeholder engagement. From implementing campaigns and managing digital content to supporting events and publications, this is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of a dynamic and collaborative team.
You will also contribute to marketing activity across other schools and entities within the Rugby School Group.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to support pupil recruitment, Open Days and brand awareness
Create engaging content across digital, print and social channels
Work closely with the Admissions team to support the parent journey
Manage advertising schedules and liaise with external suppliers and agencies
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimisation
Monitor campaign and website performance, providing regular reports
Draft and edit news stories, press releases, newsletters and social media content
Support the School's PR consultant with relevant materials
Assist in the marketing of events such as Open Days, Festival on the Close and Crick Run
Produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners and digital assets
Ensure all communications align with Rugby School's brand guidelines
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and wider team on creative projects
Support marketing initiatives for the Development and Alumni teams, including the Arnold Foundation
Requirements
Experience in marketing, communications or a related field
Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident working across digital platforms and CMS systems
A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
A passion for education and storytelling
