Purpose of the Job
Responsible for all matters relating to marketing content for the group including creating content for social media, responsible for website updates, taking photos and editing and SEO. Organising the smooth running of staff and family events throughout the year.
Main Duties
Efficient and effective preparation, presentation, and execution of marketing material for all settings.
Support the management with advertising for setting vacancies for both child places and staff recruitment.
Editing all photos used for marketing and recruitment purposes.
Other marketing administration tasks as necessary.
Create a strong social media presence with daily interaction on all platforms.
Creating and posting social media content.
Respond to any messages/tags/comments if appropriate on social media
Updating and managing google accounts and ensuring traffic is directed correctly and efficiently to our website.
Update website (Wix) with news, photos , job adverts and documents when needed.
Write and submit industry awards applications.
Organise professional photos/drone videos of settings as required.
Maintain a good and constant relationship with each setting manager to understand their needs in regards to marketing and also to obtain photos from them on a weekly basis.
Write press releases and send out to press contacts.
Organise the smooth running of Bramblebury, staff events, staff Christmas party and Winterfest events. Including organising and booking suppliers, updating events operational orders, organising prompt payments to suppliers, collecting risk assessment and insurance documents.
Proof read and add comments/amends to HR/admin documents when required
Horizon scanning for new ideas on how to promote the company and doing periodic gap analysis on what others in the industry are doing.
Looking and identifying new social media trends such as viral videos, trending music etc to help get organic growth on our content.
Keep up to date with the latest Meta algorithms information to get the best chance of our content reaching the maximum audience.
Essential criteria
Experience using a CMS, Google Analytics and third-party software is a must for this position as well as with knowledge of SEO to help improve the visibility of the website in search results.
Knowledge of and experience in website editing and updating.
A proven track record in creating engaging social media content.
Knowledge of creating and amending PDF documents is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for digital marketing and keeping informed about developments within the industry would be ideal.
Organised and able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
To be involved in the day to day running of all digital content to do with the business.
Ability to understand the brand and always promote it in the correct fashion using the correct information.
Willingness to learn and undertake further training.

We take the safeguarding and welfare of all children at our Nursery extremely
seriously. Therefore, at all times our Practitioners will:
Safeguard the children's wellbeing and maintain the public's trust in the Nursery.
Provide a safe environment.
Identify children who may be in need of extra help or who are suffering or are likely to suffer significant harm.
Promptly raise any concerns to the Nursery's Designated Safeguarding Lead and work with other services as needed.
Attend the relevant safeguarding training and relevant training as required.
Pre-Employment Checks
Any offer of employment will be subject to a number of vetting checks including but not limited to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS, a Child barred list check, qualifications, ID check and references.
Training and Development
Child protection, First Aid, Safeguarding and other relevant staff training is mandatory
for staff and is provided online via EY Central or an in house course.
