Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team at Ocean Beach Pleasure Park. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our exciting attractions. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility and connecting with families looking for fun.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Create engaging content tailored to various social media platforms that resonates with our audience. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall promotional strategies. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas using various programs such as Canva. Familiarity with public relations practices is a plus.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours will be available to work for both parties Weekend and school holidays availability is needed. Hours will vary over the year due to the nature of the business (seasonal). Working days and hours are able to be discussed at interview. Wages can be discussed at interview and depend on experience.
