The Role

We're on the lookout for a hands on

Marketing & Social Media Manager

to own and elevate our digital presence. From daily social content to growing our online community, you'll be the driving force behind how we show up online. You'll be creating, posting, engaging, organising, and occasionally jumping in to help the wider team stay connected and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Content Creation & Posting

Share a daily post across LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Coordinate stories on Instagram and Facebook (main posts, BTS content, informal team moments)

Video & TikTok Content

Publish two TikToks per week (scrollable image slideshows or short videos) Deliver one Reel or short form video weekly (time-lapses, behind the scenes clips, etc.)

Engagement & Community Growth

Repost and engage with staff content throughout the day Invite new followers and grow the Cube Branding community weekly

Image Library Management

Maintain and improve our internal marketing image library to support the wider team

Support & Admin

Assist with general team operations (basic admin tasks, occasional call handling)

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Confident creating content and editing short form videos
- Great copywriting and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual branding
- Super organised and reliable with great multitasking skills
- Friendly, proactive, and team oriented
- Comfortable with digital file organisation and shared folders

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
