About the role


Do you love gardening? Are you a lover of all things home and interiors? We're looking for a

highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant

to support our Marketing Manager full-time.

This is a varied role where your

primary focus will be marketing administration

- keeping all projects, campaigns and day-to-day tasks running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll also support a range of online and offline marketing activities, including coordinating offline campaigns, organising marketing collateral, content creation, email marketing, community management, website maintenance and event support, with the opportunity to be involved in more areas as you progress.

The ideal candidate will be

confident in front of the camera

, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

This is a

full-time, on-site role

, with occasional weekend work required during events and seasonal campaigns.

What We're Looking For



Ideally, you'll bring some of the following experience, skills and qualities:

Essential



Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers, colleagues and external partners Comfortable being in front of a camera for social media content

Desirable



A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field, or relevant work experience An interest in gardening, interiors, home or lifestyle content Experience running or planning events Experience in SEO or basic knowledge Content creation skills for social media, particularly short-form video Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Experience in graphic design

Key Responsibilities



Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective campaigns across multiple channels.

Marketing Administration & Project Coordination



Manage the marketing inbox, ensuring queries and tasks are actioned promptly Maintain and update the marketing calendar with campaigns, key dates, events and deadlines Liaise with suppliers, printers and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule Support day-to-day marketing operations to keep projects on track

Offline Marketing



Coordinate the production of in-store signage, menus and POS materials Work with external designers, printers and suppliers on print and offline campaigns

Online Marketing



Assist with website updates, content management and product uploads Create and schedule email campaigns Assist with press releases, influencer outreach and identifying PR opportunities Support SEO tasks, research and blog content creation

Social Media



Support planning, creation and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Engage with and grow social media communities Film and edit short-form video content

Events



Support the planning, promotion and delivery of events, including on-the-day logistics
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
