Paradigm are seeking a positive, motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, design, and content creation, and who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our Business Development and Marketing teams to creatively deliver engaging promotional material and content aligned with the company's marketing strategies and objectives. You will contribute to multiple projects across departments, playing an active role in the planning, design and execution of internal and external marketing campaigns.

You will also receive mentoring from senior team members, enabling you to enhance your skills and develop your marketing career.

Please note this is an office based role and does not include hybrid or remote working.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:

Support the creation and design of marketing material using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat, Lightroom). Deliver engaging visual content including photography, photo editing, videography, and animation to promote products, events and brand messages. Assist with the maintenance, organisation and creative development of our social media accounts LinkedIn. Assist with the preparation of demonstration product, material and trade show equipment as well as organisation of demonstration room preparation. Assist with travel arrangements, event organisation, and supporting speaking opportunities, including preparation of related promotional content when required. Travel internationally to both shows and customer demonstrations to support Business Development and Sales activities. Assist the Commercial team to generate sales. Excellent standard of English (both verbal and written). Attention to detail. Enthusiastic about Technology!
Job Requirements:

Strong and demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat, Lightroom). A creative mindset with a passion for digital content creation and visual storytelling e.g. animation. Proactive team player who is well-organised, reliable, and confident communicating in a collaborative environment. Enthusiastic about marketing and technology, with a desire to develop professionally and take on new challenges. Willingness to travel.
An ability to work individually or as part of a team is needed, along with good communication skills as the successful applicant will need to work and liaise with customers and other departments within the company. You will also be passionate about achieving results, maintaining a high level of commitment to getting things done and removing barriers to delivery.
