As our client's Marketing team continues to focus on driving the business forwards, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a team that operates with integrity, is passionate about quality and is fully committed to the success of its customers.
Are you a creative and driven individual looking to jumpstart your career in marketing? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for marketing materials, such as articles, adverts, emails, social media updates, website copy, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage and update our
Shopify e-commerce site
, including product descriptions, landing pages, and other content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimisation, and engaging presentation.
Support email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer journeys using
Klaviyo
.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to support marketing strategy.
Support the organisation and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department as required.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g.,
LinkedIn, Klaviyo, Shopify
). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, content creation, and keeping up to date with industry trends.
Previous marketing experience or internship is desirable but not essential.
