In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, help grow brand awareness, and engage our target audience across multiple channels. You'll play a key part in achieving our marketing goals while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


We're looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to lead and support our marketing efforts across all areas of the business. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, and contribute to exciting growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:




Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social) aligned with business goals and brand standards.



Content Creation:




Produce engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.



Market Insight & Research:




Conduct research to uncover industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.



Brand Stewardship:




Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.



Performance Analysis:




Track and analyse campaign metrics, generating reports to evaluate success and guide future improvements.



Cross-Team Collaboration:




Work closely with sales, commercial, and design teams to ensure unified and effective marketing execution.



Event Coordination:




Organise and support promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and engagement.



Customer Engagement:




Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.



This role is part of a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential as we continue to grow and innovate.


Any other task associated with the efficient technical support of a Workshop.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED



Essential:





Strong understanding of marketing tools & techniques.


Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to use clear, concise language specific for the purpose and audience.


Experience in Adobe Cloud


Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace environment.

Desirable:




Agricultural experience.


Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.


Confident IT user, including a working knowledge of the following packages: Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams


Ability to manage change and to adapt to unexpected demands on a day to day basis.
