Role: Marketing Assistant

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 07:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: 26,000 per year (progression opportunities available)

Location: Head Office, Coleshill

NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and wider Digital team. THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Updating the website - assisting with the creation and maintenance of product listings (this will include uploading imagery, copywriting product descriptions, and making sure listings are consistent across the website).

- Maximising customer engagement and satisfaction via online social media platforms and marketplaces. This includes replying to messages, scheduling frequent posts and engaging with customers.

- Liaising with customers regarding their online orders and any queries they may have.

- Replying to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Google.

- Liaising with departments to ensure stock, pricing, and lead times are accurately kept up to date across the website.

- Assisting the Marketing Manager with setting up products for photo shoots and content for reels.

- Creating monthly blogs for the website, to showcase new ranges and current trends.

- Assist with content creation for our social media platforms and email marketing strategies.

- Excellent literacy skills.
