Hours:

Part-time, flexible hours (occasional evenings/weekends)


We're looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing & Customer Experience team. If you love hair, beauty, and variety in your work, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

Handling customer and salon enquiries and feedback
Supporting marketing campaigns
Helping with email, social media, and website updates
Assisting with events, shoots, and shows
Working with brand partners and suppliers
Keeping things organised - calendars, diaries, travel, reports, invoices, bookings, and general admin

What we're looking for:

A marketing qualification and/or some hands-on experience (desirable but not essential)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiar with tools such as Hootsuite, Spotler, WordPress, Canva, and Photoshop
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative eye and attention to detail
Great at multitasking and staying organised in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hair, beauty, and all things glam
