About the role:
As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting the Marketing team with managing projects across various business areas. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, presenters, and industry professionals, to create content to fulfill the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Support the team in scheduling presenters for filming days across our education and APPI TV platforms. Help ensure all pre-filming admin is completed.
Video & Design Support
- Assist with video content creation for socials, promotional materials, social media graphics and internal marketing assets such as brochures and course manuals.
Publishing Content
- Be responsible for uploading content to our websites -- including APPI TV classes, course materials, and more.
Marketing Support
- Provide general support for marketing campaigns, email content, social media planning, and internal admin tasks.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility Required:
Essential:
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content coordination/management.
Excellent organisation and communication skills for liaising with presenters, guests, and partners.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Video editing skills for social media and promotional content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The right to work in the UK and current residence in the UK.
Desirable:
Familiarity with Pilates, physiotherapy, or wellness industries.
Knowledge of Wordpress

9 am to 5 pm
Occasional weekends on event days, usually 3 times per year
