You will be based at our office near Leominster in a beautiful rural location with fantastic views across the surrounding countryside.

We help with specifying and supplying goods, service, training and technical support to installers and industry professionals across the UK and worldwide.

What you will be doing

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team to generate sales through effective marketing and sales campaigns via a variety of mediums.

Social media and email

Managing social media accounts Creating content using Canva and other digital tools Planning and scheduling campaigns Designing engaging emails with Mailchimp and other digital tools

Website and online

Copywriting for product descriptions, blog posts and other pages Optimising listings and website content to increase traffic and sales Developing informative product listings that showcase product features

Training and events

Organisation and administration of training courses for new and existing customers Liaising with supplier and other presenters to present training courses Working with the Marketing Manager on exhibition stand designs Attending trade shows in a research and sales role

Competitor and market analysis

Keep track of industry trends and analyse competitor activity Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies

Collaboration

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to align all activities with the company's brand and goals Maintaining good communication with all departments including sales, technical, warehouse and management Liaising with suppliers to understand their marketing activities, goals and targets to influence and combine with our own Helping the sales team field customer calls and emails to understand customer requirements

What we're looking for

Must haves

Excellent IT skills to utilise CRM, Microsoft 365, Canva, Mailchimp and other applications Marketing experience or qualification Ability to work well as part of a team

Desirable

Interest in renewable energy and technology Previous experience in the applications listed above Experience within the renewable energy sector Experience working in a sales environment Experience in product based marketing, interpreting technical specifications into easy to understand content

Hours

The business operates Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. A part-time and/or adjusted schedule may be available, salary and holiday pro-rata to suit.

Closed at weekends and bank holidays.

Closed over Christmas/New Year, typically 3 days of holiday is reserved for this.

Holiday

21 days + bank holidays. You will be entitled to an additional day's annual leave for each completed year of service up to a maximum of five additional days.

Pay: From 24,500.00 per year
