Are you looking to kickstart your career in marketing? TEC Partnership is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! This exciting role focuses on supporting and implementing marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on digital promotion across social media and web platforms, to attract prospective students and employers. You'll work actively with all curriculum areas and provide marketing support to colleagues within the marketing team.

Key responsibilities include developing and publishing social media content, regularly updating college webpages with accurate and engaging course information, news, and event details. You'll also assist with optimising website content for user experience and monitoring performance and be involved in college events and supporting other marketing activities.

About the person

Our ideal candidate will have an interest in marketing and you may have a relevant qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (e.g., BTEC, A Level, Apprenticeship or a relevant Level 3 qualification). You should have a strong interest in and understanding of various social media platforms for professional communication, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and excellent time management.

You will have a willingness to learn new skills so you can adapt to evolving digital marketing trends, familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is desirable, but full training will be provided.

As part of a partnership-wide marketing team, you will be agile across our Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire locations and contribute to marketing activities across other parts of the TEC Partnership as required.
