Castlefield is seeking a proactive
Marketing Assistant
to support our digital presence, visual communications, and campaign coordination.
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Castlefield's brand across digital platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our marketing materials are engaging, compliant, and aligned with our ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting delivery of marketing campaigns - to B2B & B2C audiences - including content creation, image/document editing
Providing support to internal teams with production of regular materials - monthly and quarterly fund reports
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities to team objectives
Assisting teams with pitch and proposal materials
Supporting delivery of company events
Collaborate with marketing & design team to analyse performance of marketing activities, reporting on campaign and website performance metrics
Assist with conducting competitor research and analysis
Update and maintenance of company website
Work with Compliance & design team to ensure materials are compliant and on brand
To ensure the materials are compliant with internal rules and signed off by Managers and members of the compliance team where relevant.
Coordinate financial promotions materials before submission to compliance
Acting as point of contact for marketing/design related queries
Provide content management support including social media and blog posting
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a marketing role I ideally within the professional services)
Doing or already has relevant qualifications ( marketing / business / PR / communications)
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
Digitally savvy, with experience using website CMS, email marketing ,video and social media platforms, Canva
Creative - with a good eye for design and brand consistency
Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Confident using MS office suit - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Displaying enthusiasm, energy and positivity
Interested in ESG principles, frameworks, and regulations
Collaborative, with strong communication skills and team first mindset
