As we expand, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of bringing personal stories and creative visions to life.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketer to join our team. This role will involve a wide range of dynamic marketing tasks, including designing marketing materials, producing engaging social media content, executing marketing campaigns, and writing SEO-friendly copy to boost our online presence. A key part of the role will be handling phone calls and enquiries from customers, providing friendly and helpful support to ensure an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a willingness to assist the team with a variety of tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and Creative Development:

Create eye-catching marketing materials, including digital and print assets, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Social Media & SEO Content Creation:

Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, and write SEO-friendly copy that resonates with our target audience and boosts online visibility.

Customer Communication:

Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries from customers, providing friendly, professional, and helpful support to ensure a positive experience.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Market Research:

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our marketing strategies.

Event Marketing:

Attend events and help produce marketing materials, communicating directly with external stakeholders.

Team Support:

Assist the team with a variety of tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Preferred skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
