Marketing Assistant
to join our dynamic Head Office Marketing Team.
Representing a growing portfolio of leading automotive brands including
Kia, Nissan, MG, Suzuki, Alpine and Uber
, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and supporting exciting brand activations across 36+ sites.
Key Responsibilities - (Full training will be provided):
Campaign Management:
Support our external marketing agency by uploading and managing core campaigns across our internal Marketing Planners for each brand, on a quarterly basis.
Reporting & Analysis:
Collect and analyse key performance statistics of all digital activities each quarter and present insights collaboratively with the team.
Event Coordination:
Plan and manage product placement events, which will include liaising with the Manufacturers directly, organising staff rota's, logistics and agreeing brand/model display. You will be the primary point of contact for all event activities.
Digital Presence:
Maintain and optimise Google Business listings across all departments and locations. Improve business visibility and performance through effective listing management and local advertising.
Competitor Research:
Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor activity (Sales and Aftersales) to ensure our offers, pricing, and marketing tactics remain competitive and market-leading.
Website Management:
Oversee website updates to ensure timely and accurate representation of offers, press releases, news articles, and brand content to improve user experience and online performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, our agency partners, designers, and developers to execute integrated marketing strategies that align with group-wide business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Ideally 1-2+ years previous marketing experience, multi-brand environment (automotive sector preferred, but not essential).
Strong organisational and self-management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
Experience with digital platforms such as Google My Business, social media channels and basic knowledge of Excel.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and interpret marketing performance.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with a proactive approach.
Note: The above candidate will be fully supported and trained during the first 2 months of employment.
