Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant in Timunbridge Wells to join our team as a music charity . This role is integral to supporting our marketing efforts and enhancing our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage projects, and analyse performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various platforms. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions to enhance audience engagement. put up physical publicity around Tunbridge Wells.. Utilise canva for creating visually appealing graphics for marketing materials.

Experience

Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant internship is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Google Analytics is advantageous. Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques is beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities. Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective time management and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
