Job Description

We are looking to recruit a

Marketing Assistant

to join our UK Marketing & Sales team on a hybrid basis, working at least 1 day per week based at our

Woking

office.


Please note this is a permanent position, working full time (35 hours per week)


As

a Marketing Assistant,

you will be providing day-to-day marketing and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns, projects and digital activity. You will be contributing to content creation, website updates, support event promotional delivery, maintain product marketing accuracy across marketing channels and assist colleagues in implementing the University's marketing strategy


This role is designed to provide

hands-on assistance

to the product marketing team across a range of channels,

helping to attract and engage prospective students to the University

.


As our Marketing Assistant

,

you will be:




Assisting in the implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns (eg. social media, email, print) Helping to create and schedule engaging content across marketing channels and contribute ideas for campaigns Providing promotional support for open days, other internal university events andoutreach events - including preparing materials and supporting the marketing promotion Liaising with internal teams (eg. academic departments, admissions) to gather content for campaigns Maintaining and updating customer databases, contact lists and product marketing asset libraries

We are looking for people who are/have:




Graduate level or equivalent relevant professional qualification in marketing Creative problem solver with the ability to focus on the bigger picture and see and create connections Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy, especially in challenging situations. Exemplary communication skills.
