About the role:

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and detail-driven Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help shape how customers engage with Asda Mobile and Asda Money. This role is all about putting the customer first - crafting thoughtful, engaging, and insight-led communications across multiple touchpoints.


You'll lead the delivery of best-in-class CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications), onboarding journeys, and physical assets such as SIM wallets and gift cards. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure every message is clear, compelling, and aligned with our customer-first approach.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM communications including emails, SMS, and push notifications Own welcome communications to ensure a seamless onboarding experience across products Collaborate on the design and messaging of physical assets (e.g. SIM wallets, gift cards) Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy across multiple channels, including web pages, landing pages, and product descriptions Create and optimise SEO-friendly content to improve organic visibility and support customer acquisition Use customer insights and data to inform and optimise communications Benchmark against market leaders to identify opportunities for improvement Manage multiple projects and timelines with precision and agility Build strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and operations.

What we're looking for:

Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp eye for detail A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value through communication Ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable messaging strategies Strong project management and time management skills Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships A proactive learner who seeks out best practices and industry trends Experience in CRM platforms and campaign execution is a plus.
