Redemption Roasters is on a mission to reduce reoffending through coffee.

We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator.



In this role, you'll be a central coordinator of our marketing activities across our estate of 12 shops. This role is predominantly Hospitality focussed, but some of your time will also be spent servicing Wholesale and Impact marketing requests.



This role will best suit someone who has a creative mind, wants a varied role and has an enthusiastic, can do vibe. You'll be reporting into our Head of Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and executing local marketing campaigns in our 12 shops Managing production and delivery of marketing materials for coffee shops and new seasonal drink launches Creating content for social media channels and assisting on photoshoots Assisting in shop openings and events organisation Generating and activating ideas to grow Redemption Roasters' brand awareness and impact work Activating the Redemption Roasters brand at events and within our shops Helping to create emails for both consumers and wholesale partners Working closely with the Wholesale team on events, coffee launches and helping to highlight their partners Day to day running of our social media channels including replying to DMs, posting stories and writing captions Organising all brand content requests

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A degree or equivalent (desirable) 1 year of marketing experience Experience across social media platforms Proactive mindset and strong time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Great organisation skills, with ability to prioritise and problem-solve
