Job Overview
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, and have a drive to develop and own our social media campaigns and content. This role will primarily focus on administrative and customer service responsibilities, working closely with our web office team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to gain experience managing and developing social media channels at a business level, enhancing our online presence in a fun and engaging manner. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or someone looking to gain more experience in an office environment within a business/administration/social media/marketing position, providing a solid foundation for career growth.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Process daily orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with queries (full training will be provided)
Perform various administrative tasks to support the team on it's daily operations
Create and post engaging content on our social media channels
Develop ideas to grow engagement and enhance our social media presence
Experience
Required:
Good experience in a customer service/administrative role
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in administrative tasks
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Experience using editing software (Canva and/or CapCut)
Creativity and a passion for creating fun and interesting social media content
Ability to pitch and implement fresh ideas for our social media channels
