O'Neills Kitchen Supplies are a leading wholesale distributor of sinks, taps, and kitchen appliances to kitchen installers across Scotland. Based in Glasgow, we're a forward-thinking and growing company offering an exciting opportunity to join our busy sales office.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to take on a dual role, combining internal customer service and social media responsibilities.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Handle inbound telephone sales and customer enquiries Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Provide quotes and follow up to convert to sales Build rapport with new and existing customers Track stock from suppliers Provide cover for other office roles as needed Provide support for external sales

Social Media Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (B2B focused) Monitor social media trends, insights, and engagement opportunities Respond promptly to comments and direct messages Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency Analyse performance data and report on key social media metrics Stay updated on social media best practices and industry trends

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage workload under pressure and with minimal supervision Proficient in using computers and digital tools Experience with social media management platforms and content creation Previous sales experience and/or knowledge of the fitted kitchen industry (preferred but not essential)
