Job Description

Sales & E-commerce Coordinator role will typically involve: Managing and optimizing online sales channels, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also be handling tasks like product listings, website updates and order processing, contributing to the overall success of the company's online presence. Key Responsibilities:

Online Sales Co-ordination:

Manage and coordinate online sales channels, including website updates, product listings, and promotional activities.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.

Order Processing & Fulfilment:

Coordinate and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery or store collection.

Sales Targets:

Work proactively to achieve sales targets.

Marketing Support:

Assist with marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and email marketing efforts.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track sales performance, analyse website traffic, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

Website Maintenance & Optimization:

Ensure the websites are well-maintained, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience and search engines.

Inventory & Price Management:

Monitor stock levels and develop processes to minimise price and stock discrepancies on the website until ERP integration is achieved e.g. daily CSV exports.

Customer Service:

Be the first point of contact for online customer inquiries and ensure timely responses. Provide assistance with orders, returns or exchanges.
Essential Skills:

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, internal teams and suppliers.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.

Problem-solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, order fulfilment, or customer service.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making.

Customer Service:

Strong customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Digital Marketing:

Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively with other departments, including branch sales teams and web developer.
The role is office based, first floor above our Poole branch. Full time Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with 30 minutes for lunch. Salary subject to experience.
