About the Role
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will play a key role in raising awareness of Radfield Home Care within local communities, building relationships with partner organisations, and supporting recruitment and client growth through engaging marketing activity.
This role is focused on community-based engagement and digital communications to ensure our services are well promoted, understood, and accessible. You will help strengthen Radfield's reputation as a trusted care provider, ensuring our values and brand are visible across York and North Yorkshire.
What You'll Be Doing
?
Community Engagement:
Build relationships with local groups, charities, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to promote Radfield Home Care's services.

Events & Outreach:
Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of local events such as information sessions, coffee mornings, community day trips, and networking events.

Content Creation:
Creating content for social media, website and the local press to share stories, promote services, and highlight Radfield's work in the community.

Brand Awareness:
Distribute leaflets, posters, and other promotional materials across York and surrounding villages to maintain a strong local presence.

CRM Administration:
Keep accurate records of community contacts, enquiries, and event activity. Support the team through the creation of marketing and engagement reports.
